We had a great stay in a comfortable room! The location was perfect, as it was near the city center, Southern Cross station, and in the free tram zone. The room had a comfortable bed and a good shower. The staff were helpful and welcoming.
The hotel could improve on cleanliness as some areas were neglected and in need of a good clean.

I had a great stay at this hotel in Melbourne. Firstly, the location was fantastic - it was close to everything, including the city's free tram zone, making it super convenient to explore the city. The hotel was also within walking distance of the QV market, which was a bonus. Additionally, the staff provided excellent service and were very attentive to detail. The basic amenities in the room, including the crockery and cutlery, were well-maintained. I also enjoyed the breakfast options available.
The only minor issue was that the cups and other items in the room hadn't been cleaned properly, especially near the bed. However, overall, my stay at this hotel was great and I would highly recommend it.

The room had all the necessary amenities like a kettle, toaster, and hairdryer. The bathroom looked recently renovated and clean. The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation options like trams, trains, and buses. We were able to walk to most places, including the city center. The cost of the room was very reasonable and met our needs.
The internet was slow and unreliable, frustrating. The hotel advertised a spa pool, but it turned out to be non-existent.

Convenient location, comfortable rooms with clean sheets, good hot water in the shower. As for facilities, they provide washing up detergent and a spacious sink for dishwashing. The staff was friendly and helpful. a great choice for a stay.
